This two-part workshop aimed to teach students how to turn failures and disappointments into learning opportunities. Some growth mindset strategies to help students to develop high performance mindset, to meet the competitive business world,  were also discussed.  Ms. Elaine TONG, Director of Tobira Consulting Company Limited & HKBU business Alumna, was the facilitator of the Workshop.
